How come I’ve called at least 10 times just this morning & get no answer almost half the time but the other half i get a busy dial tone… that makes no sense to me.. i only have one question that needs to be answered

I think you have to go online and get your answers. Once you get there you make your questions or you may have the answer when you get online

Your best bet is to set an appointment online but do it a week early so you can go and talk to them that's the only way they don't help
