The old black man behind the counter at the testing center is DISGUSTINGLY RUDE. He starts arguments with the customer over “following his rules.” I tried to get his attention while he was having a casual conversation with a coworker and he snapped on me because I wasn’t under the yellow waiter sign even though I had waited there for 5 minutes while he was having his conversation instead of paying attention to his job. IT BLOWS MY MIND HOW THEY ALLOW PEOPLE LIKE THAT TO BE IN CUSTOMER SERVICE!!!! He snapped at me and two other customers in the 30 minutes that I was there.

The reinstatement office is no longer open. You can go to any local bmv for paying of fees, providing insurance info, etc. Go to ohio.bmv.gov to look up what all you have to do/pay to start your reinstatement process.
The BMV in Colerain doesn't do road tests but in Sevenhills you can take it there
If you are in high school you should be getting drivers Ed class in your juner year. If you out of high school and missed drivers Ed for what ever reason your going to have to pay for driving school. If you already know how to drive I would pick up a rules of the road manual from the BMV. Study it take you written exam then schedule your driver's exam
