They are comprehensive. They only allow parties of two inside and encourage a socially distanced line outside the establishment

• Where is your yeast from? • Do you let your bread ferment? How long? • What kind of flour are you using? Is it freshly milled whole grains? Or is it white flour? • When making the bread, is there any part-baking or freezing of the dough?
