Much better now that that they have reduced the Covid restrictions. Staff is always friendly and helpful. They get crowded sometimes and there are waits but the staff works quickly. Probably the best BMV office I have ever used. Plenty of parking.

You have to call and wait outside until you are called back and depending on what it is for u might just be allowed to go in but definitely call first
