Extremely poor customer service. Walked into empty DMV office today to have no one out of 3 csr windows to acknowledge my presence and no, they were not on telephone. Eye contact was made with 2 of the csr(s) but one never looked up. After "good afternoon" dialogue from me, I was asked if I had an appointment. When I acknowledged that I just had a question, csr asked, "what is it?" Absolutely, no friendliness whatsoever in this DMV.

I recently transferred an out of state license and the process was pretty straightforward. I made an appointment online on their website and they called my name right around the time I scheduled. Overall great experience.

You call this office before you go and they don't tell you nothing about what you need to bring. They say just come in but when you get there they say you have to have a appointment to see then. So you make an appointment with them and while you are sitting there they start calling people who don't have a appointment. This employee name is Deanna G. Everyone needs to know how public employee treats the public. Everyone but one lady had very bad attitudes and were disscourteous and down right rude.

Surprisingly i like the online appointment setup for DMV..... i didn't need to wait there for too long. I renewed my license less than 15min. Ladies are pretty nice and friendly for the process and questions i had.

I think the employees at the Ruston DMV. Were very polite and the young lady who assisted me was most helpful and efficient. I was in on my appointed time and was out in no time.
I think you have to go online and get your answers. Once you get there you make your questions or you may have the answer when you get online
