im curious is it standard procedure to send a dog out with open wounds and bleeding profusely all over the floor and a customers car im trying to decide on bringing my dog to you or the other emergency place out south town

That is apparently their standard procedure as we had the same thing happen. No instructions given other than "if it starts gushing call us".
