I have right elbow and bad hand pain now my left hand and ankles are starting to hurt. I don’t want injections, what other solution is there I’ve been given Tramadol tylonel 3 and over counter nothing is working.

You'd need imaging to see what's going on so they can suggest the right treatment.if it's degenerative arthritis or something similar the treatment is different than nerve pain.

Meloxicam is good for the inflammation and might ask for a stronger pain reliever
