BEST yoga studio in Austin!!! Why? The YoStrong class with weights is an amazing workout. I leave dripping sweat and my abs are sore for days. Then, they bring you a cool lavender towel to refresh after class. The bathrooms are clean, have lockers, showers, hair ties, mouthwash, and a hair dryer. If that's not enough, the cafe serves deliciously healthy food; the peanut butter protein smoothie is my favorite and I can work remotely with free wifi, tables, and a quiet atmosphere. I've tried quite a few studios and nobody comes close to YTX Yoga.

This studio is simply amazing! I love the fact that they have so many teachers on their schedule so you can really try different teaching styles. However. The amenities is really what sets this place apart- their cafe, their clothing boutique, the cold lavender towels, and all the high quality products in the bathroom. Love ytx!

Amazing studio. Instructors are fantastic. Extremely professional. I love that they offer such a large range of classes. You can either take it slow or get a true, deep workout.

I tried YTX for the first time using my class pass. I did the heated power vinyasa class. I think they should put on the website and class pass that this is more of an intense advanced class and not for beginners. I have done other yoga classes in the past and this was not for me. The instructor did not show how to do the movements. He simply just yelled out what pose to do and it was so fast pace I couldn’t even focus on my breath or make sure my posture was correct.

Hit or miss. You usually will need to get there 15-20 minutes early to secure a spot in the afternoons. The mornings are usually okay, though.
They offer a month of unlimited yoga to new students for only $48. They have so many classes and a lot of different styles... I would check their website for the full list but they have Vinyasa classes, Yin, Power Yoga, and YoStrong which is like yoga/weights/HIIT all in one. I love the variety, I switch it up depending on what I am feeling.
