(James Casey location). Facility itself was fine. Staff are abysmal. Forget trying to call medical records - you'll get a recording saying you are "number 1 in que", then sit on hold. Forever. Teenager answering the main desk is rude, condescending and has zero customer service training. I've been in healthcare for 22 years, managed a clinic for 6. If I heard my front office staff address a patient the way she did me, we'd have a written counseling session, and she'd be given her one and only strike. LHI, do us all a favor and don't hire entitled Millennials who are more interested in TikTok than taking care of their patients.

Wow! I have had numerous imaging studies over the years, but Longhorn Imaging has been far and away the best experience I have had! I was scheduled quickly from the time my MRI was ordered by my physician, the facilities were convenient and clean (no need to deal with messy hospital parking and finding the radiology department), the staff was very friendly, my valuables were kept in a secure/locked location for the duration of my exam, and the overall process was extremely efficient! ARA couldn't schedule me for several weeks, and Longhorn was able to complete my scan in just a few days! Not to mention at a cheaper price! I would recommend Longhorn Imaging to anyone, and if I need more imaging in the future, I am requesting it be with them!
