Emancipet doesn't offer teeth cleaning as you know but, the best thing is to be sure you choose a reputable place because they actually put the dog under anesthesia for the cleaning.
My best bet if i was you.. I would Google to see if Austin any cheaper prices than Emancipet
Epets clinic on Norwood cleans teeth with an appointment. Otherwise try Thrive, S Congress Vet, Capitol Vet or Riverside Vet.
I found a place it's drug free but expensive. oh well.
