Yeah you'll be waiting a while if you don't stay on top of them. I'd suggest looking somewhere else. I'm currently on a waiting list for two years for the Cranford apts. Good luck
You should always run your credit before sending your application. They usually do a soft inquiry with the last 4 of your SS#. No negative items on your report help you get in faster. You need a 750 or more to not wait, meaning no waiting list or you won’t need to be prioritized.
