After almost five years of seeing multiple specialists- and undergoing more tests and trying more therapies, remedies, and gizmos than I could count- for increasingly debilitating leg pain and numbness in my feet, I finally found Chinese Acupuncture Center. In the past, acupuncture has helped me overcome chronic migraine and difficulty conceiving; it has certainly given me my life back more than once. But all acupuncturists are not created equal, and it wasn’t until I moved to the Princeton area that I was able to find the courage to search again. When I found Dr. Xie’s biography on her website, she had everything I had been hoping to find in a practitioner and more - over 30 years of practice, training from one of the world’s top acupuncture schools, a lineage of healing arts, and an office so close to home I could drive myself. I’m so glad I made that first phone call. Dr. Xie’s expertise goes far beyond her website bio. Rarely have I met someone who puts so much care into her patients. Dr. Xie genuinely cares about the health and well-being of her patients. She practices with a great depth of knowledge but an even greater depth of heart. She is upfront and honest with her assessments on how long treatment may need to be. She will get to the root of the problem– even if the problem doesn’t have a name. She is also an incredibly skilled herbalist. My husband (whom she also treats) has called her the “miracle worker” and I couldn’t agree more! If you are feeling all is lost, keep hope alive and call Chinese Acupuncture Center. Dr. Xie is like a lighthouse in the storm. She won’t just lead you away from the rocks and back to the dark water to fend for yourself. She’ll guide you to gentle bay waters under clear blue skies for the recovery and wellness you deserve.

I was diagnosed with a Bell’s palsy. It’s very rare to get it in my age. I took all of the medication my doctor had prescribed me. They told me to wait 4-5 months for it to go away, but I couldn’t wait that long. I hated how my face looked when I spoke or ate. A friend told me about a acupuncture. I did my research and decided to get acupuncture treatments. I found this place and was convinced to go. First day I was very hopeless and didn’t know if it will help or if it’ll make it worse. I kept asking Dr.Xie if it’ll help me get my old face back, and each time I asked she didn’t get tired or annoyed and said to me smilingly “ I cannot guarantee you a 100% recovery because everyone is different but I can guarantee you a recovery” After each treatment I started feeling muscle movement on my face. After the 7th treatment my face was fully recovered, it could move perfectly and was back to it’s normal. I cannot thank Dr.Xie enough for bringing my face back to it’s normal self. I remember when I asked my physician about it she told me not to go and it would be a waste of money. I’m so glad I went. Acupuncture treatments helped my face to recover and go back it’s normal self in less time, rather than the strong medications the doctors gave me. Thank You Dr.Xie once again.

My experience was unexpectedly... relaxing. I've been back several times as Dr. Xie helps me through treatments as well as herbs. I'd highly recommend this practice, especially to someone new to acupuncture.

I do not think they will deal directly with any kind of insurance. They provide statements (with an MD diagnostic code if you provide them with one) which you can then file yourself.
