It's been a bit of a rollercoaster. I believed that I was throwing a 1B application into the wind for 2.5 months and would never get picked for a lottery, but now here I am! From first notice on 9/19 to now, 10/17, Piazza & Associates managed to go through my paperwork and approve me for an amazing building. All the while, being wonderful people. I was nervous when approved for a Studio apartment, but they reassured me that my paperwork would work towards the 1B I applied for as well. I am so happy to have been in contact with Alondra and Michelle. They were quick, kind, and to the point about what I needed and how to get it to them. An opportunity like this is once in a lifetime and I am happy to have been so well received by the amazing team at P&A. Good luck to everyone going forward!

Trying to sell our affordable home, the process is excruciating. Zero communication with us, we have to hound them to get a call back weeks later. We showed our home, and we've been waiting and waiting to receive an offer, but nothing. Terrible terrible company, and I hope our town (Pequannock) drops their contract.

Also your credit. Most of the apartments they are referring us to. Does hard credit checks. I was denied because of unpaid credit card bill, I'm assuming from 1 of the contractors. Heritage court.
Process of elimination. After driving around 5 times i looked at the sign and figured it had to be the development that wasn't actually a street
Yeah you'll be waiting a while if you don't stay on top of them. I'd suggest looking somewhere else. I'm currently on a waiting list for two years for the Cranford apts. Good luck

There's tons of applicants. Once your preliminary app is approved there's a qualification process. It's kind of like a waiting list.
You can submit multiple applications in one envelope. It says so right on the website. I've done it before and never had a problem.
