The dog was not mine , the guy who lives behind me was threatening to kill him, I thought I was doing a good thing.
It is as hard on them to take in animals as it is you to give up an animal. As a rescuer, you can tell a lot about people from the condition of the animal. And the animal sure doesnt want to be at a shelter because (believe it or not) they understsnd what is happening.
