It is so disappointing that this place has such bad turn over rate because my husband has had 2 different primary cares leave the VA in less then 2 months so his appointments keep getting pushed off, I am so utterly frustrated with the VA and how they act like they care about veterans but can't even keep their staff, I'm disappointed vets are treated like they don't matter here, anytime you want to know what's going on no one has any answers, no one returns your calls, I've called social work over 5 separate times now left messages everytime and I never get a response, I literally have no idea how this place has 4 stars with the way it is. I am so disappointed.

Best place for all Vet's to go to. I've been going there for over 25 years and I get the best help ever. πΊπΈπΊπΈ

They are always nice and polite. They are very understanding and knowledgeable. I do all of my health care there because of the staff and the strides they go through for you.

Excellent experiences every time I go to the Mountain Home VA or satellite clinics. I've been going there since 2009 and their staff is friendly, professional, and genuinely care about my health. I don't know what it's like at other VA hospitals, but I recommend to all my veteran friends to check out their VA healthcare network. Navigating the bureaucratic paperwork and getting started can seem overwhelming, but there are plenty of staff and outside organizations (such as The American Legion) who will be more than happy to assist.

Yes. The VA will provide the plot and head marker, opening and closing. But you are responsible for the coffin and transportation. Burials are only performed Monday through Friday.
Valet parking is no longer available at this Va.
Yes
The same building the ER is in.
It is by appointment only. They are usually opened 24/7.
I think 2022 there may be an interim director; this is usually filled in by a rotating group of staff members. Check with your local veteran service officer as they may work more closely with the administration.
If you are meaning to covid lab tent, it's behind the parking lot that has the gates that can go up and down.
It is located in the main Hospital which is building 200. Go to main entrance to elevators on left. Go to second floor
Refills usually through primary care or pharmacy refill line. Most folks use healthEvet.
Yes
2nd floor radiology unless it's scheduled for the mobile unit outside
Yes. All staff, visitors and patients must wear a mask
Valet parking is still closed
I think that is in building 160
Depends on what your wanting. I dont think they have just a general social worker office. If I'm not mistaken each department might have an assigned social worker.
When you enter the double doors near the emergency entrance, the 1st hallway to the right and the 2nd hallway to the right contains what they call bld 77. Signs are above the doors and by the elevator at the pharmacy. There is also an information booth near the inside doors.
