I do know AHA have a website with listings of landlords that will expect your voucher after you have ported your voucher

Have you tried the AHA (Atlanta housing authority) it's located in city hall on the bottom level i believe

Yes Because There are Housing Application Fees From $40-75 Even With Housing Vouchers!
