They are shady. I think the business needs to be investigate, because they're taking people's vital information and don't help even if they have all the required documents. They did so to my client. I told him to keep a check on his credit report. Very suspicious.
To the best of my knowledge they do not. This is a combined recovery/housing program. Attendance at some meetings is mandatory.
