Unfortunately, we do not work with organizations to obtain their 501(c)(3) status, with over 900 clients we just don't have the capacity. We do have a number of resources at www.pbpatl.org that may be helpful. Check out our Web Series: New Nonprofits and the Starting a New Nonprofit section. Additionally, Georgia Lawyers for the Arts holds a seminar designed for organizations interested in obtaining your 501(c)(3) status. You don't have to be an arts organization to attend, and there is a fee.
Unfortunately, PBPA's clients are nonprofits, not individuals. The State Bar of Georgia (https://www.gabar.org/) will be able to provide you with a recommendation. I hope this helps!

Unfortunately, no. Our clients are nonprofits and we advise them in their business legal needs, like real estate issues, empoloyment issues and corporate governance.

Yvette, PBPA provides free legal advice to nonprofits. Most of our nonprofit clients are located in the Greater Atlanta Metro area. Nonprofits located outside the Greater Atlanta Metro area are considered on a case by case basis.
Thank you for your comment Amarley! Unfortunately, Pro Bono Partnership of Atlanta does not work with individuals. PBPA's clients are nonprofit organizations in the Atlanta community.
