I just moved here to Atlanta yesterday. I am in need of rental assistance. I do not have a job yet and need a little help in obtaining an apartment. Can someone please help?

I honestly would go back where I came from Hope Atlanta and none of these organizations in Atlanta that claim to help the homeless or they're community is not going to help you. These organizations get a check for you coming there for services while they break Hippa laws rules and regulations and share you're business with other people thats they're friends and family that work for the same type of so called organizations. All these organizations do is keep the money and then they will pass you to another organization. I met a battered woman with a daughter when I lived there that experienced the same thing at GATEWAY.

Go to gate way or call them..

If you are literally homeless, meaning sleeping in a place not meant for habitation (streets, car, abandoned building, or in a shelter), then you can go to the Gateway Center.

Gateway center only gives you information you can google yourself about other shelters.
