It could be a number of reasons. One could be that there are few sales people for all consumers that are out there with questions . Could just be a matter of being patience and they will contact you

Tried to call to see if they had an xbox one 1tb available to buy. Apparently it is only auto answer. You also have to have the bar code number to see if it is available. Well i was looking to buy one. Game stop answered their phone. :)

Does anyone besides me have trouble with their customer service? It's okay on the side of poor, they certainly do not try too hard at all to be helpful at their Hickory, NC store on a couple of visits over 2-3 months.
