I work in a call center type place. They should answer their phone. No excuse.
It may seem like they never answer the phone because the Hickory location is the call center for every Best Buy in this region of NC. That's 100's + phone calls for 5 or 6 different Best Buy stores coming in and trying to get other stores to answer if the calls need to be escalated. Be patient and they will eventually get to your call in the order it comes in.
I called just yesterday twice and let it ring and ring and ring. No one ever answered.
