Friendly, helpful employees but not the best chicken sandwich. It was mostly the breading and beyond crunchy. Didn't finish it because I ran out of "chicken". This location was disappointing.

Yanet was our cashier and helped us beyond what we expected. Very kind and professional and answered all our questions. Delicious food, great service. Would happily go back anytime. Give that girl a raise!

We loved watching them make biscuits through the window! Nice touch! Oh, the bathrooms were immaculate. Very clean, thank you for that. So ofter overlooked.

Bojangles in Hickory NC First visit to this chain. Didn’t rate it really, felt that even KFC was better than this. Difference here is the southern food thing, and the biscuits were ok. Staff were ok and restaurant clean enough, but not really my thing so won’t visit again.
