Nice place to start Portland exploration. Most of the hotels in the area have transfer to this station. Trains are almost empty at this station and you have lots of time to buy tickets and learn the MAX map.

No commuter parking at Cascades, but there is some parking at the nearby Parkrose Sumner station

There is not an official parking spot for the Max. Many people park at IKEA or the shopping mall and walk over the the station, which is only a a minute or two walk.
There are no real parking spots at the max station, most people park in the parking lot area for the stores around it.
I recommend driving up to Park Rose and parking at that Park & Ride. You may get towed if you park at the Cascades Station shopping center and then take the Max.
There is no specific place, sine people park at IKEA, there are some parking spots by the entrance.
