I just wish I'd taken the break in warnings a little more seriously. We left the car completely empty, there was nothing to entice someone to break in, other than the out of state plates. Seems like it was enough for someone to break in and rummage thru the console. The garage staff, however, were great! They helped me clean up and file the appropriate reports. They get 5 stars. The garage, not so much.

We're currently stuck on the 8th floor and the gate at the bottom is broken. Cars are backed up. Instead of letting us out they are forcing everyone to stay in here. This garage acts like it is the government. Forcing everyone to stay in their garage. They won't let us out!

The parking garage is in a great location. This part of town does not have a lot of parking and this place is right next to a nice mall, and some cool breweries. All within a nice walking distance. The garage was easy to maneuver in with a car and the price isn’t bad at all. Plus the elevator gets you up and down pretty quick!

Five bucks for 4.5 hours of parking on a Friday is pretty good. The fact we got our vehicle broken into and had our stuff stolen isn't. We found a security guard to report the incident to but apparently he wasn't around when some scumbag stole our stuff. The even offered to refund our parking fees. They should keep it and use it to install some security cameras. Even the security guard admitted it happens all the time. We'll find a garage with better security, cameras, more guards, etc. if there's a next time.
