I don't usually write review unless it's an excellent service, and would love to give 6 stars if there is one. Thanks to Bailey who is amazing. She made sure that I got the best price match for my Bernina sewing machine. I'm very impressed with the customer service and after purchase support. Their phone and video chat are more convenient than in store classes, especially for customers who are outside of the Portland area. This type of small business shop gives great personal service and they will do everything above and beyond for their customers.

Do not buy anything from this store! My husband and I bought a baby lock Euphoria on 7/16/2021. now 04/01/2022 the car was not delivered to us, wait! I do not recommend such a store to anyone. buy only what is in stock!

We originally went in just to see what pricing onBrother sewing and embroidery combination units would be like. We left with a business card and some flyers for machines. A year later we were back, purchasing a reconditioned machine which was an amazing deal. Two years after that, we upgraded to a new machine. I go back for all of my needs, thread, stabilizer and more. Every time I call I get exceptional service and I feel like family. They are worth driving to from over 6 hours away.
