We toured here with Caroline, it is a beautiful property and Caroline was so knowledgeable and easy to chat with. While we didn't end up moving in here, it's definitely somewhere I would want to live and I've got bookmarked for the future. The unit was light filled with huge windows and a super neat balcony. The area is fantastic, loads of cool shops and New Seasons is right across the street. Overall 10/10.

The Canyons is excellent on many levels. From my first interactions with management and staff to my last day on site, every single person I interacted with was wonderful. I needed a temporary apartment with wheelchair access and they were more than helpful in making this happen (without any stress on my part). The building itself is gorgeous new construction. It has a wonderful feel and all apartments are ADA compliant without looking ADA. It is located in a very cool and accessible part of the city which is a great bonus. However, I think the best part is just the folks who work there. They are quick to respond to questions, offer unsolicited help, and are always welcoming to all guests. Each week they invite the residents for activities; staff often brings in foods to share from the local merchants, they offer games, tea, music, and other activities just to bring those interested together. No stress if not interested but it is cool to feel like part of a community….even while living in an apartment. I will miss this place - it is truly special. If all residential businesses treated their residents the way The Canyons treats theirs, home for many would be a much happier and better place.

It is less expensive than independent living and more than a conventional apartment. 1 bedroom apartments start at $2,020. We are offering an onsite paramedic who is available 24/7 and has the expertise to handle any urgent situations that may arise. The Canyons also offers in-apartment hands free communication systems, concierge services, round-the-clock security, community-building activities, a Wellness Room with a variety of health programming, access to delivered meals from New Seasons, a fitness room, and other benefits to support an active, independent lifestyle.
