I have been diagnosed with epelepcy for 3 years now, and i still have not recieved disability help. I have been forced to work to provide for my 3 children under this condition loosing job after job due to my sickness! Including having to not inform them about my sickness to get employed! I had a seizure again and was told by my current job the time off was not a problem, becouse i had informed them about my situation every step of the way! All they need is a doctors note stating my accomodations and restriction, so i may return to work; and if it were to occur again they would have a reasonable spot for me to work other than staying home in bed rest! They sent me on my way with these 2 forms and said they cannot help me with anything else. Looks like i can drive to work, work with and around machinery, and work with power tools all while im feeling sick and ready to collapse from my brain disconnecting from my body! (The whole staff is extremely nice and try their best to help us out always down to the security guard; every time i show up! I wish i can say the same for my DR.THOMAS i have no idea why she never hears me out or tries to help me and now that i read her reviews she is extremely rude mean she dont want to loose her license for no one she said to me before aswell, i doubt she will loose her license for hearing people out and doing her job.

First of all I got to say the guy that took my vitals was polite and was able to relate to what I was going through which is alcohol withdrawal. But the doctor is another story, dr Thomas is what her name was. She came in, didn’t close the door, didn’t introduce herself, all she did was state that I was in the hospital earlier and got treatment, then said that’s all she could do, and that she wasn’t bout to lose her license for me, that she came too far. Didn’t even hear me out, I left that place feeling hopeless. Ya I wanted medication but my record doesn’t ever show that I was addicted to any medication but she judged me from the start. I will never go back there or take any of my kids there

I was flagged down for the first time, about the post yesterday for my seizure perception refills. Just want a refill that’s all I’m asking. Elise/ crystal/ Evelyn, was helpful again today about my prescriptions. My new doctor need communication skills. My previous doctor was a awesome lady and resourceful doctor. Pay my respect for the help and support and resources they have given me. But the new staff needs work. I have called returned the call today, but yet no approval for my prescription yet. But able to do everything else, but my medication, I returned their 9:04 am, it’s still on my call log. I’m going to ER TODAY, just for refills. Thanks.

Yes, they are very professional and courteous. I've been going there for about 5 years and I've never had any problems.
I believe so but before noon I think
They take your insurance.
Yes, but it's better to come in when they first open up at 8:00 am, or as soon as you can before lunch. Otherwise, you may end up waiting and not be seen before they close.
