Not much point in going unless your looking for a cellphon or TV. All their computer equipment is crazy overpriced, even the basic cables. Do some research and price matching online and you will find better deals. They even went further down hill when they remodeled the store and took away half the floor space. I used to go in and just look around and buy things just for the experience. But now it's like walking in to a ghost town. It's like a sparsely furnished warehouse.

Customer service was bad! I went in needing help to find my stuff, and asked an associate who was standing around talking to 2 other associates. I had to stand there for a bit until they made time for me even though they saw me before they helped me. But even then, all he said was "it's straight down there" and just continued talking again. How unprofessional!! Didn't even bother to lead me and see what I needed. Plus they had nothing there!

It's getting harder and harder for us to just go to the store and pick up something. I needed a battery charger for my camera. I can get it in 3 days but I needed it now thank you Best Buy for being able to keep that in stock.

What kind of Proper options aren't available for what specific questions? Best Buy has sales at different times and locations. It's about like Big Lots some store's and item's are great buys sales at different times. Now all these antimated operator's know even less. The only way A person can get Proper options for specific questions is to go to the store and ask in person. Ask for a Manager that has the knowledge to answer your specific questions. The staffing are nice friendly and helpful they will get the person who knows how to best answer your questions. I assure you over the phone you get to wait on hold More than you get to talk to someone who can answer your questions. I hope I helped you out. Have a great day.

I have found that they simply don't know that much about the products. This is understandable as the products are technical and change regularly. Also some manufacturers have started to make the products in such a way as to keep even tech savvy people from knowing just how they work beyond simply using it. This makes it so that when someone knows enough to be helpful they also know enough to have a better paying job in I.T. or a technician job somewhere. So I don't blame them for simply not being very knowledgeable.
