Why is it so hard to reach The Dum when you need too? I have a delivery set for tomorrow & got a call from the voice system to confirm. It said wrong address so I didn't confirm, but called 10 times today just to get routed to voice system.

Everybody's walking around looking dumb. Went in the other day and not one person helped me. Not enough ppl working the floor or the bldg. Probably have to (drive) to the store to make changes... Its sucks

Can furniture be returned for a store credit. The sectional we purchased does not fit the space and is very uncomfortable. The motion seating is very loud and sounds defective. Not what we expected.

They won't repair or replace. If this not taken care of I will make sure I will trash this place to all my friends and family. The chairs did not even last 6 months.
