It is a shame to call this place Chick-fil-A, because it does not provide the quality of service & food all Chick-fil-A locations should provide. I redeemed a deluxe sandwich prior to the visit and used it on my last order here, as well as the large fries and drink. When the food came out, it was disappointing. The sandwich was cold and the fries are not filled up. When I brought this to a team member's attention, she told me I had to pay if I want more fries. I was going to ask them for a refund, but gave them a second chance to fix it, only to be disappointed again where they refuse to help anymore. Please do wait until Monday if you are craving Chick-fil-A after 10pm on Saturdays.

Food was fine, as typical with this chain. Our cashier was having a very hard time understanding our order and it definitely didn't feel like she knew the menu at all. The rest of the staff was very helpful and courteous.

Normally I would give 5 stars. I really like their chicken. I was passing thru Tempe AZ and my wife ordered a Cobb salad in the drive thru. She emphasized that she had celiac disease. They gave her breaded chicken which she can't eat. On the other hand, my two spicy chicken sandwiches were great.

I waited in line for almost an hour and a 1/2. I order my food. I asked the girl at the window are the sauces in there and are they correct? Well they weren't! When I got home I didn't get the correct salad dressing for my salad so I had to eat my salad dry and it wasn't very pleasant! And it wasn't gonna go back because it took too long to get the order to begin with, but otherwise than that everything else was good.😐
