They'll get your order wrong everytime. I ordered 2 big Macs with light lettuce and received and a quarter pounder and 30 nuggets. My fault i guess because I checked my order and receipt when I got home, turns out I also paid for the wrong order too!!! The receipt didn't even match the order or amount I paid.

We stopped in here for lunch to feed the grandbabies and I never expected to have to call 911 as I was afraid for the safety of my toddler granddaughters. Some door dasher came in complaining about something, she was quite loud and rude. Some female employee on break started yelling at her. Then they both were yelling at each other. Another employee comes out and gets on the door dasher telling her not to yell at her daughter, she is only 16 (so this mother daughter yelling duo both work here), the mother got right in the face of the door dasher and was screaming at her. I ended up calling 911 as I got scared that it would escalate to more. While on the phone with 911 the door dasher exited the building, the mother employee followed still yelling. She, the mother employee comes back in, then goes back out to continue yelling. Yes she was using foul language, not appropriate when there are children in the place (my granddaughters are 1 and 2 and there, if memory is correct a couple other kids in there). Police were there quickly thankfully. The mother employee was telling the police that this woman was in her 17 (she went from 16 to 17 in minutes) year old daughters face and she was worried and it went on. I had already told that same officer what went. Once she walked away from him he stopped and got my name I reinforced that the 16 or 17 year old started yelling at the door dasher before the door dasher yelled at her specifically. Pretty sad when I have to be afraid of the safety of children at McDonalds.

I opened my burger to check the quality. I was disappointed and shocked when I saw the amount of ketchup applied. The pickles weren’t properly spread out. Then, my fries were dryer than the Sahara desert. The Big Mac was fairly decent. I definitely recommend using more Big Mac sauce. And don’t get me started about the lettuce. The lettuce was a unusual shade of green. Also, the one dollar menu isn’t even a dollar anymore. I hope you can take these recommendations to heart. With love xoxo Big Mac

They just sold me a raw burger. The amount of pictures for this specific McDonald's selling raw burgers is alarming. However the customer service has improved greatly, so there's that. Still don't want to die though.
