Called ahead on a Saturday morning and spoke to Brandon. Requested a Lyft inspection if they had the time. Brandon was friendly and accommodating. He had said that they were super busy but would squeeze me in. When I arrived, he quickly got a guy on it. I was in and out in a half hour. Thanks Brandon and team!

I came in on a Sunday without an appointment with a battery issue. They performed a check, determined I needed a new battery and it took less than 45 minutes. It was great!

I called to get a tire installed, told the service writer I had my own tire and I just needed it to be installed. He then asked where I got it from and asked why they didn't just do it. I find this to be very rude and unprofessional, especially since I used to work here. I wanted to keep getting my car serviced here because I know Jorge and Kevin but today I will no longer be coming back or wasting my time.

I had my clutch replaced here and the car was making loud clunking noises after. I called a few times to ask them about it and they insisted it was nothing. I finally had another mechanic look at it and turns out there were two engine mount bolts completely missing. It was a 5 minute fix. It's pretty obvious now that they just didn't have the guts to admit that they might have forgotten something and just wanted me to go on my merry way with my clunky car. I wouldn't recommend this shop unless you know enough about cars to double check their work.
