Been coming to Sol for a few months now - probably won't be back. A few of the people working inside are really friendly, others less so. Prices are decent even if the space is a little shabby. Parking and access is usually bad, with a one-lane driveway serving two lanes of traffic, and no other access points to the property. Today upon arrival, it looked like a tree had fallen on a car in the parking lot, and a tow truck was removing a vehicle. As such, I was "waved" toward the rear of the site that is normally labeled employee parking. It was back to back cars on both sides of the drive aisle, and a number of vehicles were double parked. I found the one space available, and start to walk up front to the dispensary when some Sol guy on a golf cart rode up to me and told me I couldn't park there. Again, there wasn't anywhere else to 'park' even though he said 'there are a few spaces up front.' Offering no real solution or customer service, I stated I would not be back and got back into my car and left. And no, there weren't any spaces available unless I wanted to block traffic completely. I get you guys are having a rough day. But either provide ACTUAL traffic management and direction to serve your customers, OR CLOSE FOR THE DAY. Unacceptable experience, and generally not worth the headache. I would go back had they actually tried to operate with some professionalism today, but that didn't happen. Lost my business - Harvest or Mint from now on. At least they're run like an actual business.

Smaller dispensary but great prices on pre rolls. The staff was very friendly and helpful. Right off the 143 but with all the construction it can be annoying trying to get back on the 143 depending on the direction you are headed. I would still go back even with the traffic issue.

The entire staff was welcoming and warm. Jamie took excellent care of me and suggested a promo I was not aware of to supplement my order. Felt like I was receiving extra value I wasn't counting on, I love when that happens! Keep up the great work! I'll definitely be back. Looking forward to seeing the building improvements they're working on.
