The Dump is literally a DUMP. Purchased a bedroom set and table in January. Finally got my bedroom set on 6/2, I picked it up myself since delivery was $400 on a 2000 bedroom set. Opened it up and noticed it looked like it had been beat up, this is not something I realized in the store. Very cheaply made!!! I called to speak to a manager and they told me a manager would call me back the next day. I never received a call. I gave them a week and then came into the store. Apparently the furniture is just very cheaply made. The manager Frankie literally told me “We are just trying to get whatever we can right now”. He agreed he needs to train the sales people to point out these marks while selling. They do not allow returns at all. So now I’m stuck with disappointing bedroom furniture. Canceled my table, I don’t want anymore cheap furniture!!!! Horrible customer service. As soon as they sell furniture to you, they refuse to do anything.

I found The Dump via internet search and was impressed with their inventory. I was blown away when I walked through the door in person. Not only is the showroom massive and the selection impressive, but the sales staff is knowledgeable, listens to your input, and finds items that fit your needs in every way. No sales pressure, just an overall pleasant experience. I am grateful to have my forever recliner to spend my retirement years enjoying. High quality and well built. Simply beautiful. They went above and beyond to accommodate me. I would rate them higher than 5 Stars if possible.

With the help of some very friendly and knowledgeable people we found and ordered a great rug. First, it took more time than anticipated to get a ship date. Second, we were told it had shipped to a distribution center in Atlanta. Third, they couldn’t locate it in the DC. Fourth, they told us it had disappeared from the DC and another would be shipped directly from the manufacturer and that we would have conformation within 24 hours. Fifth, we’re now in the fourth business day and radio silence - except for endless music on hold. Not great. UPDATE - Out of the blue and unannounced, our rug showed up yesterday. So, all's well that ends well - though the angst was significant. The rug is great. The price was good. Customer service, other that incredible amount of time on hold, was good. So, they have been bumped from one to three stars, which I think is fair.

We went to the Dump to look for a mid century modern style leather sofa. Chuck was our sales person, and he was very helpful. We narrowed it down to 2 choices and had lots of questions about quality, construction, leather quality, etc. and Chuck was patient and very helpful. Looking forward to delivery of our new sofa! Highly recommend The Dump, even better that it is now open 7 days a week!
