You can create an account for her on USCIS.gov and get updates from there. Send email via her account and they are very good and prompt with their feedback. Or you can call USCIS number ( i believe its a 800 number) and they will guide you from there. Also, pay attention to your mail box, they are very good with sending letters with the following steps or status of her case. Good luck!
