I'm only giving this place 1star for the nice cna at night (Melody) and it apears to be clean. Everything else is below par no nurses to be found tjis is my brithers 1st morning he fell out of bed (early this morning) the dr did call me at work to let me know i came over here after work he was sleeping , but when he woke up with some confusion and noise the cna came in asked what was going on I told he couldn't breath i told he could she get me a nurse thid was at 5:30pm it 7:15 i still havent seen a nurse or anyone besides 2 cna's. Sooooo much frustration I could write a novel .

I dont know if the receptionist doesnt like her job. She's dropping the phone as soon as she pick up.

My father recently had to spend 3 weeks at Orchard Park for rehabilitation after hip replacement surgery. The staff is wonderful. They were very attentive to his needs, always positive, polite and professional. The PT he received was top notch. PT was able to motivate him without being pushy and they explained everything they were doing. The care conferences were very informative and helpful. The reception staff was always very kind and helpful. My dad said the food was great!

My 90 year old Mom learned to walk and transfer safely after fracturing her hip. The Occupational and Physical Therapists, and their assistants were positive, patient and encouraging when my Mom was discouraged and in pain. Nurses, and CNAs cared for her around the clock, treating her with kindness and respect. When I had questions or concerns ,the directors made time to clarify and listen.
