Be warned! This monopoly has many facilities masquerading behind many different names and they are heartless bill collectors, nothing more. We were told we could make payments on the cremation cost, and then the company disappeared from contact. (The three contacts I had were unreachable and un responsive to my questions or concerns as they all seemed to be on vacation) My first contact suddenly appeared the day after I voluntarily (meaning no one had even asked) made a payment of 1/5 my bill just a couple weeks after cremation. I repeat, not one person has asked me for payment, I volunteered it. While very raw from this loss I finally get a response the next day calling my payment "small" and now demanding payment in FULL by tomorrow! I was told this yesterday. The very first mention of payment. Ever. Please, do NOT make the mistake I made, this loss is horrible enough, but to inhuman cruelty and unprofessionalism, is just too much! Check companies, find out if they're another front for Olinger monopoly! They do not care about you, or your loved one. Don't make my mistake, and if you're reading this, I'm so sorry for your loss. You deserve better. Check reviews thoroughly if you're able.

Be ready to feel like no one cares . They are there for the money . Be ready to spend $40,000 or more ! You feel like your getting taken advantage of the whole time. When it’s not the time to shop around they know you have no choice but to stay there. $1000 fee to seal the coffin. You would think that is part of the deal it is not. But why does it need to be sealed if it is in a cement vault?? Customer service is Horrible after you are done with burying your loved one. Good luck with getting answers as to where your Marker is ! A marker that is totally Over Price. It’s a marker ! Nice down payment on a nice car . This place is all about money and they have no Conscience of what they are doing to you. Half the time the water there is filthy and disgusting. The grounds are a mess when they mow they just leave all the grass on your marker. They have no respect for the mess they leave behind.

David was extremely helpful and put my mind at ease throughout the entire process. Communication was excellent. He made sure every detail was perfect and seamless so that we didn't have to worry at all.

All aspects of the process were handled very professionally with nice personal touches. Would highly recommend.

I believe you can put real, or synthetic, flowers on a grave anytime of the year. We just put some fake flowers on my grandparents grave this week, without issue.
I believe olinger will make it happen. It would be safest to contact their offices to make sure. I know they have regular office hours Monday through Saturday
That's who owns it along with just about every funeral home and cemetery in the US
You absolutely can! We do a cemetery clean up twice a year- but aside from that flowers are welcome.
I always see flowers out there...so I'd asumme so
Expensive
