I made a visit to the family medicine side and had a great visit due to Ms. Lisa's professionalism and great "bedside manner." Not to mention that out of 5 PCP offices this office was the only one who called me back to make an appointment. I read other reviews about the urgent care so I can't really speak on that but the receptionist was very polite and got me taken care of quickly. So everything from the check-in to me walking out the door was great. I know I am in good hands and am so happy to have found a PCP who is invested in her patients. Edit 9/2022: After Lisa left I was hesitant because she was such a great doctor, but Kristen Rodgers is also AMAZING. She goes above and beyond in addressing my concerns, asking me questions, and ordering the right tests. I can tell she genuinely cares for her patients and is looking out for us.

Super nice staff, they will see sick people when many Dr's offices will not, they do not ask or lecture about covid, they tend to the reason you are there, they treat you with respect and kindness, they are quick to help and get you on your way in a timely manner.
