I cannot say enough great things about New York Lace! When I initially went online to request an appointment for the next day I did not expect to get a phone call right away fitting me in! The team was beyond amazon from the initial call , setting up the appointment to ordering the perfect dress. When I went in for my first appointment I was paired up with my stylist Jacqueline. I was feeling extremely insecure after finding nothing at a different salon and felt like my dream dress was a lost cause. Jacqueline went above and beyond to help me get my confidence back and make sure that I felt comfortable! I showed her a picture of a dress I knew I felt great in and she instantly had ideas of what to show me. After my first appointment I felt amazing and scheduled a follow up with family to finalize the perfect dress! I could not be more excited for my wedding day because I know I will feel beautiful and confident!

New York Lace Couture is absolutely beautiful on the inside. Very elegant, tasteful, and clean. I booked an appointment to buy a prom dress and LET ME TELL YOU! Prom appointments are expected to be an hour and I was only in there for no longer than 20 minutes because Paige (Prom overseer) is a Prom Dress Wizard. She brought me my prom dress in one try… one try! I bought the first dress she brought to me. Her energy is very contagious and her candor and eye for detail makes for a very awesome experience!

If you are looking for a wedding dress buying experience that feels like family, this is it! Dolores and her husband are absolutely amazing and make you feel comfortable throughout the whole process. My wedding was delayed because of covid and they had my dress for almost 2 years. When it came time for fitting everything was done professionally and they made sure to fix anything I needed done. By the time I was done, I wish I had invited them to my wedding! They genuinely enjoy what they do, and you will feel “right at home”!
