I went to post office to send a box to a different country. Box weighted about 20 lb. I had a baby and a stroller plus a box. I came to the front entrance and looked for a ramp for strollers or handicap entrance. There was none in a front. I followed the sign and brought me in the back. I rang the bell for a assistance and post office clerk came out and opened the door. I told her I am here to send this box and I couldn't get in in the front of the building because I have a stroller. Clerk told me they don't have a handicap entrance or stroller entrance. I asked her what should I do and she told me I could leave a stroller here and then go in the front of the building so then I ask her how I can carry that box and I have a baby. She wasn't to happy and you could tell she was agrivated because I keep asking what should I do then. Then I asked her if someone could take that box and carry forme to the counter and I could go around and leave a stroller in a car. Then she just looked and took that box and said she will meet me up front. I then went to the car put stroller in and walked around again to go in. After all that I send a box. When she was helping me do all the sending process I felt akward and felt like she wasn't happy to help me because of all that happen about earlier with entrance. But i couldn't believe they building have no handicap entrance or any kind access for parents with strollers that need help.

The women working the counter the night I went to sign for a certified letter were extremely helpful and patient. They also took the time to show me some of the different postage stamps they had and were kind enough to warn me of the price increase on the Forever stamps that goes into effect on January 28, 2019 to 55 cents each from 50 cents and a book will be $11 up from $10 and the price will also increase for the specialty stamps as well since they're also considered USA FOREVER first class postage stamps. I bought a sheet of 12 Scooby-Doo DOO GOOD stamps that will be so cute for the spring and summer with Scooby watering a potted flower and I got a book of Forever stamps with a rose and the word "PEACE" on them which seems a fitting message for everyone with what's going on in our country and a message needed for my personal life as well. Other than trying to find a parking spot stinks, this is still a great US Post Office and I'm thankful they've continued to keep this historic building open and functioning.

Customer service is a foreign concept to these people, they wouldn’t know customer service if it walked up and slapped them in the face. I had an “undeliverable” package, and for whatever reason it was undeliverable hours before the actual mail even arrived. It was taken to the plant in the industrial park, yet I still couldn’t seem to pick it up. So, I opted to have it brought back to the main post office for easy next day pick up. Not only was it not there hours after it was promised, but the woman at the counter had the gaul with an attitude to match to tell me to call them to find out the where abouts after I’d already politely explained the adventure I’d been on trying to pick it up the day before. So, I looked her in the face and said “I’m sorry, but you should call them. I don’t need to work this hard to obtain something that should have been delivered in the first place the day before.” She was so miffed all I heard while on the phone was how she had an ‘upset customer’ there giving her a difficult time with a whole bunch of sighs to accompany her sob story. I’m sorry, but that’s your job. You can pick up the phone and find my package after it failed to be available hours after promised, and a day after it should have been delivered. Then she comes back to tell me that it should have been delivered that morning but for whatever reason it wasn’t and all I can do is wait for it to show up. That was her solution to my missing package that could not be located: wait and see. Are you kidding me? I understand it isn’t your personal problem, but that is your job, and for you to not care at all and give me an attitude the way you did you should not be in your job. You have to be one of the most unpleasant people I have ever had to encounter. Maybe it’s time to consider a job change, or better yet, retire.

Received text that my package was delivered. Go to mail box. Not there. Wait a couple days, nothing. These people suck. They dont care, they are lazy. Spent 45 minutes on hold trying to find out what happened to my package. Received case # but now i have to wait even longer because some egghead decided they didnt feel like delivering my package. They should be shut down. Their service is so atrocious that, if i was a higher up, id fire them all and replace them with people more deserving, and actually willing to do their damn job.
