I wish I had gotten her name so I can publicly give her the credit but she was working the front desk and I just have to say that I appreciate you for being able to process my application on such short notice. Also, not only that, but she stayed late to complete it (and even ran out to my car before I left to get information about one thing I had not filled out). Seriously you’re a saint and again you’re much appreciated.

I was assigned to Jason K. I had no phone at the time I was assigned however, I did email several times. I got zero to judt a little communication, never from Jason K. Here I am 2 weeks away from starting a trail and I STILL have not heard from Jason K. Once I got a phone I called and called, no one answers. Today I finally spoke to someone over the phone because when I dailed Jason's ext it just hung up on me everytime. The lady I spoke with just transferred me somewhere random. If it wasn't to Jason I feel she should have came back to the phone and told me who she was transferring me to but it didn't matter cause that person didnt answer either. I finally left a message for Jason K supervisor, lets wait to see what happens!

These people have refused to communicate with the facility where my husband is. It'll be his 3rd court date that he hasn't been able to appear for because Patrick doesn't seem to do his job. Patrick has not even scheduled a visit with my husband and he's been incarcerated for over 7 months.
