What they sell is fine and their store is relatively organized, but I don't know that I buy their claim and reasoning for charging more than Goodwill or Salvation army seeing as they also provide assistance to groups of people who need it. A lady at the counter was pretty rude when we asked about a high price on an older stereo system. She said the profits went to help the disabled, autistic, and intellectually disabled so it was harming them by us asking about it. Well I have daughter who is legally blind, autistic, and developmentally delayed. I've never ever heard of any assistance coming from Arc and we get loaded with assistance options even without asking. That's how being a disabled family goes. They want to claim they hire them? I didn't see anyone there representing my daughter. I've been to pizza shops and jewelry stores with similar claims, but they're true and you can tell immediately upon entry. I tried finding where this assistance supposedly goes and it just says to local individuals and families. Maybe, at best, they donate some proceeds to children's hospital, but I don't see any direct assistance going on. So the behavior, the prices, and the lack of clarity as to where this assistance really goes makes me uncomfortable going here.

I noticed "some" of the used merchandise was either stained , dirty , (jewelry) broken , or missing parts , not just this store but several others If it's due to not enough help , i get it , but some of it shouldn't be sold. A lot of Shoes had wrong size on them , It used to be a pretty nice store , then , idk what happened . It's like run down , quality is no more , all the Mirrors they had disappeared . It's like the store went down several levels in quality and cleanliness of items to consider purchasing I don't mean to bash store I'm expressing what i see from a year ago. It's nothing nice. Girls that work there are GREAT. FRIENDLY AND COMPASSIONATE. HOPE IT GETS BETTER AND NICER / CLEANER SELECTION OF ITEMS
