They will not tell you that they charge $10 fee for every toll. Got $40 in fees for $4.50 toll . making extra cash on the side I guess. Watch out for hidden fees. I don't think I will use them ever again .

Shaun was awesome. How can you get a fair deal and have a good time renting a car? Rent with Shaun! A+ experience from out to back, all the way. Beep beep Shaun, we waved and honked from the convertible on our way out, but you were busy helping the next lucky customer.

We rent frequently cars. This time we and Herz employee, did the dollar check in. She aggressively try to up selling the car and unneeded insurance!! After this she try to charge additional driver. This was in the past for married people free of charge. On top, we rented a full size SUV, and got a normal one.

Dollar counter may be closed but Hertz counter ( Hertz owns Dollar) stays open till our last customer on a flight arrives.

Yes as mentioned keep driving towards arrivals/departures until you see clearly marked rental car drop off. Your car rental company will be clearly marked.
