My husband has a knee replacement followed by a hip replacement and could not walk without a walker. I called Amramp and they were extremely helpful and answered all my questions. They measured and set up a ramp for my husband which was perfect! Very knowledgeable and friendly!

I have been in touch with Frank about getting an accessibility ramp for my parents' house. Immediately I was treated with compassion and understanding and he truly listened to my needs and concerns. My father is a bull, he is very prideful and is not willing to accept the need for a permanent solution to his disability. Frank immediately understood. Although he would be able to make more money on me by installing and uninstalling the ramp in 4 months for the rental, he guided me towards buying it, as it would be cost prohibitive to rent with the installation and removal. I am forever grateful for his candid and fair evaluation of my situation qnd3 look forward to working with him and this company when i get my father to put his safety over his stubborn pride :)

Amramp made one of the worst moments of my life a little easier. They were compassionate and sympathetic and just great people. I needed a ramp installed to get my terminal husband home from the hospital. They came the same day to measure and were there installing the ramp the next day. When the month rental was up they actually called to see if I still needed it instead of just continuing to collect money until I called them to remove it. What an amazing company and people to work with. I would highly recommend this company. - Amanda DiMuzio, Long Island NY

There is a market for steel wheelchair ramps when you no longer need them.
If you move, you can take part or all of your steel wheelchair ramp with you. You can also add or shorten it as necessary.
Steel and concrete ramps will both last for ages. They will not rot like wood. Aluminum has one-third the strength of steel and is three times softer.
About 45% of ramps should be rented when they aren't needed permanently. We allow you to easily rent ramps that are convenient for short term disabilities, recovery from surgery or for special events like graduation, weddings or reunions. No minimum time or amount of ramp required.
Steel wheelchair ramps won't rot like wood. They also have an open-pattern ramp surface that allows for moisture to pass through, which will prevent dangerous ice from forming that can happen on concrete or aluminum ramps.
