If I could give this place a zero I would . Very very rude . The girl behind the counter wad so rude to us . I wad fit to be tied so I walked away . We planned and bought our tickets and car rental 4 months before we even had go be down here in Fort Myers, which we were headed to Naples anyways , but we get there to car rental and mind u they changed our flights 4 times on us , so the last time they changed it , it was the beginning of the week 4 days before we were due to fly out , we called and told them our flight got changed , instead of arriving at 3pm it's now 615pm . The little Latino lady said there was no notes in the file on us and we were like what's going on. Oh sorry were only obligated to hold the vehicle u want for an hour, and if u don't show , we give it to someone else . Were like , I get it , but we called and made sure u were aware of thr flight change .. 2 days later my husband called and complained and then the manager called and she apologized and that was it. She admitted to seeing all the changes in our file there and everything , we weren't expecting anything for free , but maybe give us a little discount on the hell we went through with the customer service there . I will never use them again , it's about your service and how we were treated . As if we didn't matter , she seemed bothered by our concern and didn't do anything about it . A very rude company and they shouldn't keep an employee there who doesn't care sbiut what she's doing there herself , and the way they allow her to treat people who want to rent a car while on vacation . Beware of your situation and hope this doesn't happen to anyone else . I won't be using there service anymore in the future 😕 Thumbs down and I Giv this place a zero

Nothing “easy” about this company – a complete scam! One of the worst rental car companies I’ve attempted to do business with in my many years of travel. Customer service was atrocious. At arrival, the staff member attempted to charge an extra $100 for my pre-booked rental contract because they “no longer had the car” I booked on the lot. Not to mention the desk staff were unpleasant from the beginning interaction. This company operates from an unmarked building 15 minutes from the airport. Also, when I tried calling the number for the advertised “free shuttle” from the airport, no answer for 30+ minutes. Terrible experience.

Made a reservation, came to get the car and the lady at the front desk simply said we don’t have any more cars….unbelievable

Yes, once you walk to the rental car shuttle pick up area call them so they know you are there and they send the shuttle if it's not already on its way.
I left on a Sunday and the shuttle dropped me off at the airport at 6:30am!
