Went to set up auto pay for my new car loan. You can't do it over the phone. First girl had NO idea what she was doing, and made mistake after mistake. After about 30 mins, and others in line, a gentleman in the back helped us and it took half the time. It's located in an awful location (strip mall), and is totally impersonal, with video tellers and very few staff. The setup makes you feel unsafe. If I hadn't gotten such a good rate on my car loan (3.25%), I would NEVER use them.
