I walked in and immediately ordered on the kiosk. I was paying cash so I selected the option pay at the counter. After standing at the counter with not even a glance from an employee for about 5 minutes. A gentleman approached me and said I needed to order on the kiosk which I had already done. I watched him instruct the manager that this gentleman needs to pay he has already ordered on the kiosk. The manager replied okay. I stood there for another 5 minutes and watched all the employees do nothing but service the drive-thru window as I stood there with money in hand. An older lady walked in behind me and soon became annoyed without being acknowledged for service. Is she leaned over the counter and asked the manager if anybody was going to work the front counter. The manager replied you need to order on the kiosk first which I quickly chimed in I had already ordered and just needed to pay. Both of our requests fell on deaf ears and we were ignored and had to leave the establishment. This is commonplace at this Taco Bell because it has happened to me before I thought for sure it wouldn't happen a second time but that was the last straw I will no longer visit this actual store.
