Was asked if we would be traveling, and were recommended a Sunpass to avoid tolls on most highways. When I called to ask about a refund (due to the fact that we crossed one $6 bridge the entire week we were here - but we're charged $90 for the week pass) they said no refunds of any kind are possible. Management Saud employees are instructed to ask visitors if they will we traveling to Sanibel/Captiva or Cape Coral. Had they asked me this, I would not have purchased the surpass, knowing we planned to go only one day.

The additional driver fee at our RSW location is $13.49 per day.
It is nearby within a couple mile or two the shuttle came within about 10 minutes and the driver was very courteous both coming and going
At the end of ur contract drive it to the office..and they have a shuttle that takes u to the airport..
Shuttle but is a short drive there
They can meet you at the airport and drive you to pick up your vehicle. If it's before opening they have a drop box. I didn't go in Dec no idea on price for that time. March it was the cheapest. Great service!
They didn't when I rented from them. I think it's unlimited.
You can ise a debit card, They hold an additional 200 on top of the rental fee.
Yes they shuttle you from the airport to their facility....shuttle wait was less than 10 minutes.
