The best thing about Blanchard is the way they focus on the family side of addiction. Addiction is a family disease and The Blanchard Institute wants the family to heal as well as the patient. Hello Janet, Thank you for reaching out and for your question. The Blanchard Institute provides various levels of comprehensive outpatient treatment services. Day Treatment (Partial hospitalization) occurs M-F rom 845 am - 4 pm, Intensive Outpatient (IOP) can occur in one of our two IOP programs: Morning IOP Program, which is 3 hours a day, 9 am - 12 pm; our evening program operate 6 pm-9 pm. Individuals can come to IOP treatment anywhere from 3 - 5 days a week. There are gender specific structured Recovery Residents that the Blanchard Institute collaborates with that provide safe, structured accountability and professionally guided living environments while the individuals who live in these homes attend outpatient care. However, even these combined resources options are not considered inpatient treatment.
