While My Experience with Erin has been fine, my experience with the rest of the staff has not. The front desk staff are rude and unprofessional and have loud side conversations while you wait. In addition before someone on the clinical team could hang up after speaking with me, regarding a sensitive topic of my care was heard to scream oh my God and then hang up . The environment is not inviting and I am looking forward to soon moving my care somewhere else with a team that cares.

I recently started to work with Piedmont Plastic Surgery on a rare skin disease I have contracted. These people at Piedmont Plastic have been absolutely fantastic and top-rate. Tracy, the person who I have been working with is outstanding and so is Dr. Snyder. Everyone has been so welcoming and helpful. I must say my disease is rare and other doctors I tried to get help did not want to be bothered with my problem. I tried for 3 years to get someone to help me. Dr. Snyder took my case immediately and got to work. Even though we are just getting started on fixing the problem, I can see results. Dr. Snyder will be handling all my skin problems in the future. I recommend Dr. Snyder and his staff highly. They care.
